lol No dress ode. It will be more of a trim then a hair cut. Just get the back cleaned up and my hair slightly trimed and ill be okay. 5 minutes top. Well im off to bed, have to be up in around 8 hours. Night.

Anyone have some suggestions on how to fall asleep earlier? I'm upset that I can't get to sleep until about 2:30 because I'm just not tired...

Two things that always work for me are either

1. Stay up until about 4-5 a.m and then either set an alarm, or have someone make sure you are up by 9 a.m - stay up all day (no naps!) and then by about 11 that night you'll be tired as hell.

Or you could try sleep aids. When im trying to get back on a sleep scedule then i will take 1 about an hour before i want to go to sleep, and then set an alarm for 8 hours later (or have someone come get you up).

Either way usually gets me on a scedule again.

It works. Thats what i have done. Stayed up till 5am, got up at 10, by 12 the next night i was so tired i could hardly move. Good way to do it. So long as you do wake up to your alarm, if not your screwed.

Anyways Afternoon all. I see Fallen wanted to kill me in my sleep apparently.

And to think i saved him from a 2 week ban...

lol That was a great game. I was not happy with them through the whole game especially after Rex threw that interception that Muhammud didnt catch but should of. I loved it though that Hasselback then went and gave it right back. Thanks for sucking Hasselback!

Hooray for Bears fans and the Bears themselves. They've been my team for a long while and I'm loving it. I also have to say that the Chargers really impressed me this season, and I found myself rooting for them more and more. It's sad to see them lose a game that they should have won if not for some stupid penalties (headbutting an opposing player is never a good idea), and an unlucky fumble...
